Each member of the Company will have in the Territorial Operations Center's Chief, where he belongs, his first "travel companion" who will guide him in his first steps both in the Company and in his primary needs for online flight simulation.
The Territorial Operations Centers are part of our philosophy as a Virtual Company because we understand that each of its members are more than just a flight callsign.
They are people with more or less experience, with more or less seniority, with more or less flight hours, but people to whom we need to give our full support.
As our growth, in pilot number, will require it, we will incorporate new Centers capable of assuming and developing the assigned functions.
