One of the determining reasons for the creation of our company was centered, fundamentally, in our own philosophy as a group.
We understand and respect the rules and operation of each and every one of the virtual companies in our Division; but, from our point of view, different things can be done in this Virtual Simulation environment.
Let's start with the Staff itself.
Our Alair Virtual Airlines Staff members have to be, and we have taken it upon ourselves to be, active positions at the service of the other members of the company.
When we made our decision we were all aware that the creation of a virtual company means crossing a line that has no turning back. This company was not born to please a few people who give themselves a few positions. Our own maturity, for reasons of age in most cases, is far above all that. We could say, without fear of being wrong, that for those of us who lead the Alair Virtual Airlines project, the easiest thing to do would have been to join another company.
We would have saved many hours of work, some displeasure and we would not have, at this time, the responsibility of being, day by day, pulling "the cart"; but our own conscience would tell us that we did not do the right thing, because behind it is a large group of IVAO members who believed then and still believe today in the projects and objectives of those who form the Staff of this company.

We understand our company, above all, as a meeting place; hence the importance of our voice channels.
We are fully aware that IVAO is a virtual flight simulation network where the goal is "as real as possible" but without going "beyond", as if our lives were at stake.
Most of us have taken, who knows why, other paths in life than the strictly aeronautical one; that does not mean that we do not value, in its fair measure, this fascinating world. In fact, that's why most of us are here.
Our project leads us to encourage, help and train good pilots; always within a relaxed atmosphere in the personal and cordial to others.
Our atmosphere of respect towards the outside will be our first rule, unwritten, within our company. There will be no place among us for those who come to form a row, quarrel or bad feeling.
It will not be our war if we have five more pilots than that company or five less than the other.
Our project is not to "compete" with anyone but to "share" with everyone.

In our philosophy as a virtual company, our Territorial Operations Centers play a decisive role. We have always believed that a member of a virtual company is more than just a flight callsign and a "do-as-you-can".
All our members are attached to an O.T.C. and the person in charge will be the first point of support for each and every one of its members.
Training School.
It is possibly the most important part of our project. We do not say most important because the other points are not, but because from the Flight Schools our pilots will be directed to their Operations Centers.
We will dedicate all our efforts to them, but they will also be our first "filter"; we will not dedicate a single second to those who do not want to learn. In fact, they will have no place in our company, but we will be extraordinarily generous with our time for those who are at least interested in learning.
Our VFR and IFR Flight Schools have a very clear objective: to train excellent virtual pilots to operate with full guarantees in an air simulation network such as IVAO.
And it is no small feat to make all our pilots go, at least, unnoticed in any control center. And if we do not go unnoticed, it will be because of our good work, our cordiality and our capacity for complicity with other members, pilots or controllers, who have not had the good fortune to come across people who, like us, have generously put their time and experience at your service. This, from our point of view, is also creating a school.
It is evident that, within a serene and relaxed atmosphere, we all try to reach the highest degree of realism in our flight operations and it is precisely in this degree of realism where the new members who, day by day, join our network find serious difficulties for their incorporation and subsequent loyalty to the IVAO network.
We could also talk about the plurality of programs, addons, scenarios, meshes, software, etc., that are part of this world; things as simple, due to their experience, for some, as complex for others who, generally, have just arrived. Sometimes we forget this.
For these cases we have not forgotten our "Technical Room" where people qualified by their experience provide solutions to the many circumstances, casuistry or problems that we encounter on a daily basis.
Training a new member is something really complex; it is not a matter of more or less extensive pedagogy, read this or look at that.
Our Flight Schools, both for the new members that come to the IVAO network and for those who are already part of it, is not a marketing claim within our website, but it is for all of us a serious commitment that, day by day, we have been demonstrating with those who, during this past time, have been joining our project and who today are part of our group of pilots.
